   professional care. This agreement remains a housing arrangement only.

   reported inside the Room With Purpose platform immediately.

9. END OF STAY

   (reasonable wear and tear excepted). The host will not withhold
   items or documents in exchange for extra help.

10. IF SOMETHING ISN'T WORKING
    Either party may raise a concern in writing at any time. If
    concerns are not resolved within 14 days, either party may end
    the agreement with the notice period above. Serious safety
    concerns should be reported inside the Room With Purpose
    platform immediately.

11. TAX, BENEFITS, AND LEGAL NOTE
    Free housing in exchange for services may have tax or benefits
    implications for either party (income reporting, Social Security,
    SNAP, Medicaid, housing subsidies). Both parties agree to seek
    qualified advice before relying on this document.
